Eigerøy Lighthouse stands on the small island of Midbrødøya, immediately west of Eigerøya, in Eigersund Municipality, Rogaland, Norway. Established in 1854, it was Norway's first cast iron lighthouse, and its success encouraged the construction of many more along the coast. The red tower, about 33 metres tall, carries a single white horizontal band and is attached to a two-storey service building. It was automated in 1989 and remains under the control of the Kystverket.
