Eliot Hall stands at 7A Eliot Street in Jamaica Plain, a neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1832 in the Greek Revival and Italianate styles, it was slated for demolition when members of The Footlight Club, described as America's oldest community theatre, purchased it in 1889. The club has used the hall as its home and performance venue ever since, and it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
