The Elko Main Post Office, at 275 Third Street in Elko, Nevada, is a two-story combined post office and federal office building completed in 1933. Its Mediterranean Revival design is credited to the Office of the Supervising Architect under James A. Wetmore. The brick exterior, raised on a basement, has molded terra cotta details at the quoins, cornice, and brackets. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
