The Ely LDS Stake Tabernacle, in Ely, Nevada, was built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1927–1928 as a church and community center. Its two-story Colonial Revival design is an unusual example of the style in Nevada, and the building held a 600-seat auditorium, meeting space and classrooms. Joseph Don Carlos Young, grandson of Brigham Young, served as contractor. The church replaced it with a new meetinghouse in 1957. The building is now owned by White Pine County and used as a community meeting hall, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
