The Esquire Theater is a historic movie theater in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, built in 1946–1947. Its two-story brick building has a colorful Art Deco facade, marked by a projecting neon-lit marquee, a streamlined curving entrance and ticket booth, and a proscenium-like arch. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, it lies within the Broadway Commercial Historic District. In 2025 the vacant building was converted into commercial storefronts and its facade restored.
