The Exchange State Bank in Grand Meadow, Minnesota, is a Prairie School bank building completed in 1910 by Purcell & Elmslie. It was the firm's first major joint project and one of few commercial buildings they designed, with William Gray Purcell handling the design and George Grant Elmslie creating the terra cotta, glass mosaic and wood ornamentation. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, it is regarded as an excellent example of the style executed in brick.
