The Fairbanks, Morse and Company Building stands at 900 S. Wabash Avenue in Chicago's South Loop. Designed by Christian Eckstorm in the Chicago School style, the seven-story building served as the company's national headquarters from 1907 to 1937, when the firm moved to a larger site on Michigan Avenue. It still bears the company's name above the second floor and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 16, 1988.
