Fairfield Farms is a Georgian-style estate house near Berryville in Clarke County, Virginia. Designed by John Ariss and built in 1768 for Warner Washington, a first cousin of George Washington, its five-part complex centers on a 2½-story hipped-roof block of irregular native limestone ashlar. A contributing large brick, frame and stone barn and an overseer's house also stand on the property. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
