FAME Studios is a recording studio at 603 East Avalon Avenue in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, in the region known as the Shoals. Founded in the 1950s by Rick Hall, it was instrumental in the Muscle Shoals sound and produced many hit records despite its small size and distance from the main centres of the American music industry. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, it remains in operation, owned by Linda Hall since 2018.
