The Saltykov Mansion, also called Palais Soltikoff, is a Neoclassical palace in Saint Petersburg, Russia, between Palace Embankment and Millionnaya Street. Giacomo Quarenghi designed it in the 1780s. A few months before her death, Catherine the Great presented the building to Prince Nikolai Saltykov, tutor of her eldest grandsons. It is a federal cultural heritage site in Russia.
