The former First Church of Christ, Scientist, built in 1940, stands at 391 Walnut Street on the corner of Otis Street in the village of Newtonville, Newton, Massachusetts. Designed in redbrick Colonial Revival style by Densmore, LeClear and Robbins, it received its steeple later due to cost constraints. Sold in 2004 and converted into 11 condominium units known as the Oxford House, it is a contributing property in the Newtonville Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
