First Congregational Church is a National Register of Historic Places listed church at 165 East Mill Street in Porterville, California. Built in 1908 by the town's Congregationalists to designs by San Francisco architects Francis W. Reed and George C. Meeker, it applies First Bay Tradition principles, including a shingled wooden exterior, to a Gothic Revival plan with a Gothic spire and arches. It is the only building in the southern San Joaquin Valley to incorporate both styles.
