First Presbyterian Church is a Greek Revival church at 102 North Adams Street in Tallahassee, Florida. Built between 1835 and 1838, it is the oldest church in Tallahassee and the oldest building in Florida still used for its original purpose. It was designed as a sanctuary for women and children during American Indian attacks, and rifle slots built into its foundation are not visible from outside. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
