The Flatiron Hotel stands at 1722 St. Mary's Avenue in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, and is built in the Georgian style. George Prinz designed the building, which opened in 1912 as an office building and was converted into a hotel in 1914. It now houses office and commercial space and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
