The Fontaine des Quatre-Saisons is a baroque public fountain at 57-59 rue de Grenelle in Paris's 7th arrondissement, in the Saint-Thomas-d'Aquin area. Edme Bouchardon, royal sculptor to Louis XV, designed it, and it opened in 1745. Huge and richly decorated, it had only two water spouts, and its grand scale on the narrow street irritated Voltaire and other Enlightenment figures. It is a classified historical monument.
