Framlingham Castle stands in the market town of Framlingham, Suffolk, England, and is built of flint. Its replacement, built for Roger Bigod, Earl of Norfolk, after an earlier Norman castle was slighted by Henry II, has no central keep, relying instead on a curtain wall with thirteen mural towers. It is now managed by English Heritage as a visitor attraction.
