Freiberg Cathedral, also called the Cathedral of St Mary (Dom St. Marien), is a Gothic church of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Saxony in Freiberg, Germany. Although it is called a cathedral in English, it was a collegiate church rather than a seat of a bishop. Construction is dated to 1225, and the building is a heritage monument in Saxony. Otto Rometsch, Eduard Heuchler, Cornelius Gurlitt and Bruno Schmitz are associated with it as architects.
