The Garvin Cavaness House, now the Drew County Historical Museum, stands at 404 South Main Street in Monticello, Arkansas, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built between 1906 and 1916 by Garvin Cavaness, a descendant of early Drew County settlers, the 2½-story house is constructed of concrete blocks that he molded on site, reputedly using cement recovered after a train derailment.
