The Gazzola and Vaccaro Building is a two-story brick commercial building at 131–133 West Cypress in Brinkley, Arkansas. Designed by Charles L. Thompson and completed in 1916, it is a Prairie School structure with a flat roof, a broad curved parapet, and horizontal window banding. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
