The Goodwin Hotel is a historic hotel in downtown Hartford, Connecticut, housed in a building that opened as an apartment building in 1881. Designed by Francis Kimball in the English Queen Anne style and modeled on buildings then under construction in England, it is known for its terracotta facade, which was preserved when the interior was gutted for the Goodwin Square office tower completed in 1989. The hotel opened within that complex the same year.
