Demolished or destroyed.
The Grand Opera House was a combined Masonic Temple and opera house in London, Ontario, Canada, designed by George F. Durand and Thomas Henry Tracy with French influences. Completed between 1880 and 1881, its 1,228-seat auditorium hosted operas, stage plays and minstrel shows. The red-brick building, trimmed in iron and stone, was adorned with carvings of artists, local politicians, Queen Victoria and Prince Edward. A fire destroyed it in 1900, and the Grand Theatre was built as its replacement.
