The Grass Lake Depot in Grass Lake, Michigan, is a former railroad station built in 1887 by the architectural firm Spier & Rohns. Designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style, the building exemplifies the robust, stone-accented aesthetic characteristic of late-nineteenth-century railway architecture. Today designated a Michigan State Historic Site, the depot has transitioned from its original transportation function to serve as an event venue, preserving its historical significance while adapting to contemporary community use.
