The Greenville Presbyterian Church stands on NY 32 just north of its junction with NY 81 in Greenville, New York. Its current building dates to 1860 and is a well-designed late example of the Greek Revival style. The church, founded in 1790, was the first non-Dutch church in the Catskill region. The three buildings on two acres were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
