The H.H. Everist House is a single-family home in Sioux City, Iowa, designed in the Prairie School style by local architect William L. Steele for Everist, founder of L. G. Everist Inc. and Western Contracting Corporation. M.N. Hegg built it from 1916 to 1917, and it is considered the finest of Steele's residential designs in that style. Its irregular three-level plan, horizontal window bands, and terra cotta trim are capped by broad, tiled, overhanging hipped roofs. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
