The Haus am Horn is a modern single-family house in Weimar, Germany, designed by Georg Muche for the Bauhaus Werkschau exhibition of July to September 1923. Regarded as the first building based on Bauhaus design principles, it involved several students in its construction, in keeping with the school's emphasis on practical experience and working with industry. In 1996 it was inscribed as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bauhaus and its Sites in Weimar, Dessau and Bernau.
