The Henry Richardi House stands at 402 North Bridge Street in Bellaire, Michigan, a Victorian-era mansion built in the late nineteenth century for the lumber baron and industrialist Henry Richardi. According to local lore, Richardi constructed the house as a romantic gesture to win over a young woman as his wife. The residence now operates as the Grand Victorian Bed and Breakfast and was recognized for its architectural and historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
