Demolished or destroyed.
Herrenhausen Palace is a former royal summer residence of the House of Hanover in the Herrenhausen district of Hanover, Germany, and the centrepiece of Herrenhausen Gardens. Architects credited with the building are Tommaso Giusti, Marinus Cadart, and Georg Ludwig Friedrich Laves, and it is classed in the Neoclassical style. Its 17th-century palace was destroyed by a Royal Air Force bombing raid in 1943 and reconstructed between 2009 and 2013, after which it housed a museum and exhibition space.
