Het Jonge Schaap is a wooden wind-powered sawmill in the Zaanse Schans, in the municipality of Zaanstad, Netherlands, and a municipal monument. Built as a replica between 2005 and 2007 on the site of the former oil mill De Ster, it follows drawings made by Anton Sipman before the original 1680 mill in Zaandam was dismantled in 1942. It is the only remaining hexagonal sawmill among the eight hexagonal mills in the Netherlands.
