Hever Castle stands in the village of Hever, Kent, near Edenbridge, about 30 miles southeast of London, England. Begun as a country house in the 13th century, it was the seat of the Boleyn family from 1462 to 1539, and Anne Boleyn spent her early youth there. It later passed to Anne of Cleves, and the Grade I listed castle is now owned by the Guthrie family's Broadland Properties.
