The Highland Christian Church, located at 102 E. Main Street in Highland, Kansas, is a two-story brick structure built in 1904 and listed on both the Kansas Register of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places (added in 2007). Executed in the Shingle Style, the church features red brick veneer on its first story with buff brick detailing at windows and corners, and rises to a prominent three-story square steeple. The building is historically significant as a notable adaptation of the Shingle Style to ecclesiastical architecture, and for the construction oversight of local builder Ely Saunders during both phases of the project.
