The Hill House is a villa in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, Scotland, designed between 1902 and 1904 by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for publisher Walter Blackie. Its austere, unornamented exterior of grey roughcast draws on Scottish vernacular and baronial architecture, while Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh contributed interior elements, though the extent of her role remains debated. Donated to the National Trust for Scotland in 1982, it is now open to the public as a historic house museum and holds category A listed status.
