The Hilton Molino Stucky is a Neo-Gothic former flour mill on the western end of Giudecca island in Venice, Italy. Designed by Ernst Wullekopf and built between 1884 and 1895 for the Swiss businessman Giovanni Stucky, it was later converted into a five-star hotel, opening in June 2007 after a fire in 2003 and decades of closure.
