The Hinds County Courthouse is an Art Deco county courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi, built in 1930. Its roof carries two 1930 statues by Chicago sculptor Fred Torrey, Moses, the Giver of the Law and Socrates, the Interpreter of the Law. The building was later enlarged with wings on both sides, and it has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1986 and is a Mississippi Landmark.
