The Hobson-Hill House in Richmond, Utah, is a Victorian Eclectic brick residence whose complex form reveals its piecemeal construction over two decades. The original one-and-a-half-story red brick structure, built around 1883 on a rubble foundation, was expanded with a frame ell to the west circa 1900, then transformed into a cross-wing configuration by a yellow brick addition to the north around 1905. The property, which has borne several owners' names throughout its history, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004 as a three-building contributing complex.
