Holgate Windmill is a brick tower mill on Windmill Rise in Holgate, a suburb of York, England, and a Grade II listed building. Built in 1770 for the miller George Waud, it was enlarged in the mid-19th century and ceased milling in 1933. After decline and restoration by the Holgate Windmill Preservation Society, it turned under wind power again in 2012 and is open to the public.
