Holy Trinity Cathedral stands in Gherla, Cluj County, Romania, and serves as the cathedral of the Ordinariate for Catholics of Armenian Rite in Romania. Built between 1748 and 1776 by Armenian emigrants from Moldavia, who had settled in the city under authorization from the imperial court in Vienna, it houses Rubens' *The Deposition of Christ from the Cross*, a gift from Emperor Francis I.
