The Hotel Turkey is a two-story reddish-brown brick hotel in Turkey, Texas, designed in the Prairie School style. H. B. Jordan built it in 1927 to take advantage of the extension of the Fort Worth and Denver South Plains Railway to the town. A tornado leveled the partly finished building in June 1927, but construction resumed and it opened that November. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
