This brutalist housing estate in Trieste was designed by Luciano Celli and Carlo Celli in collaboration with the Istituto Autonomo Case Popolari (IACP), Italy's public housing authority. Built between 1969 and 1983, the complex exemplifies the bold concrete forms and utilitarian aesthetics characteristic of brutalist architecture, reflecting post-war approaches to mass residential development and urban renewal in northern Italy.
