The Hub Building, also known as Burwell's Modern Cash Department Store, is a three-story commercial building in Burwell, Nebraska, built in 1906. Its rusticated concrete walls appear to be stone, and it has a tin Italianate-style cornice and a parapet inscribed "1906 / H.J. Coffin." Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, it once donated space for the community's library while Burwell worked toward the Carnegie Library, completed in 1914.
