Hy-Vee Arena, previously known as Kemper Arena, is an indoor arena in Kansas City, Missouri, designed by Helmut Jahn in the modern architectural style. Once a 19,500-seat professional sports venue, it has hosted NCAA Final Four basketball games and the 1976 Republican National Convention, and it remains the host of the American Royal livestock show. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016 in recognition of its revolutionary design.
