Icon Towers is a complex of two residential skyscrapers in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, completed in 2009–2010. The north tower rises 35 floors to 112 metres (367 feet), while the south tower reaches 30 floors at 92 metres (302 feet). Both structures feature a mixed-use podium with street-level retail and office space on intermediate floors, with residential condominiums occupying the upper levels. Located on the emerging "Fourth Street Promenade" along 104 Street north of Jasper Avenue, the towers are situated in a trendy area of the city's downtown core.
