The Immaculate Conception Cathedral stands beside the provincial municipality and the Plaza de Armas in Pucallpa, Peru, and is the most important Catholic church in the Department of Ucayali. Built in a modern architectural style, it was inaugurated on December 8, 2005, by the Apostolic Vicariate of Pucallpa under Bishop Juan Luis Martín Bisson, with donations and labour from thousands of local citizens. Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, its first building dates back to the 1950s.
