The Isaac Melvin House is a single-family home at 19 Centre Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, built in 1842 by Oliver Wood and Isaac Melvin as Melvin's own residence. Its T-shaped Italianate massing sits behind a strongly Greek Revival front facade, with four two-story pilasters supporting an entablature and a full pediment whose tympanum holds an Italianate round-arch window. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
