The Jackson County Courthouse stands at 1001 Walnut Street in Murphysboro, Illinois, and serves as the county courthouse of Jackson County. Completed in 1927 to a design by Nelson Strong Spencer, it blends Classical Revival and Beaux-Arts styles. Its front entrance has four Doric columns beneath a pediment and entablature, and a parapet and balustraded terrace line the roof.
