The Jackson–Perkins House is a Tudor Revival residence in Newark, Wayne County, New York. Purchased in 1864, it was rebuilt in 1889 and remodeled to its current form in 1921–1922. Once home to the Jackson and Perkins families, who operated a large rose-growing facility nearby, its 2.66-acre grounds retain original landscape elements such as the entrance drive, a formal fountain in a garden setting, and a greenhouse foundation. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, it is now a bed and breakfast.
