The James L. Breese House, also called "The Orchard," is a historic summer residence in Southampton, Suffolk County, New York, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Designed between 1897 and 1906 by McKim, Mead, and White in the Colonial Revival style, it incorporates an 1858 house that stood on the site. Its two-story portico is reminiscent of Mount Vernon's, and its 70-foot music room is believed to be Stanford White's last completed project.
