The James S. Trimble House is a brick residence in the village of Mount Gilead, Ohio, built in 1853 to a design by the firm of Miller and Smith. Combining Italianate and Renaissance Revival architecture, it is the largest and most elaborate house in the village, owing largely to its unusually high degree of preservation. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
