The Cathedral of the Holy Saviour is a Catholic cathedral in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, southern Spain, and the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Asidonia-Jerez. Work on it began in 1778, with Diego Moreno Meléndez and Torcuato Cayón credited as architects in the Gothic style. It was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural in 1931.
