The Jonathan and Simon Hosmer House is a 2½-story wood-frame house at 300 Main Street in Acton, Massachusetts, built in 1760 by bricklayer Jonathan Hosmer, Jr. It is an unusual double house, combining a square-plan section with a three-bay colonial "half house," and its two entries are finished in relatively high-style Georgian manner. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, it is one of Acton's best-preserved colonial-era houses.
