The Joseph Richter Villa stands on Skorupki Street in Bishop Michał Klepacz Park in Łódź, Poland. Designed by architect Piotr Brukalski and constructed in 1888–89, this Renaissance Revival residence was built as a single-family home for Joseph Richter, featuring a loggia overlooking the garden in the manner of Italian Renaissance architecture. The villa originally shared its park grounds with the neighbouring villa of Reinhold Richter. Following its early decades as a private residence—including a period as the home of Łódź voivode Aleksander Hauke-Nowak in 1933—the building served successively as an orphanage after the Second World War, then as the seat of the International Faculty of Engineering for Łódź University of Technology until 2007. Since 2009, it has housed the university rector's administration. The villa is registered as an immovable monument in Poland.
